What we collect: your email and optional first name when you request the Starter, and your email and purchase details when you buy. Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record; we never see your card details.

Why: to send what you asked for, deliver your purchase, and email you about ArcMode (including the app launch). Legal basis: consent and contract performance.

Processors: Stripe (payments), Neon (database, EU region), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting).

Your rights: access, correction, deletion and withdrawal of consent at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or write to hello@arcmode.space.
